friday was our last day at the clinic and sadly, we could only stay a half day. that meant we had to work even harder the entire time we were there! on the bus ride to the clinic, andy gave us a final pep talk.
as soon as we arrived, we got straight to work!
near the end of our half day, we got everyone who had worked in the eyeglass clinic that week together for a picture with some of our favorite glasses - hey, its tradition!
and then it was time to pack up the clinic.
some of us had an interesting idea of packing up.
we also got some pictures with our awesome translators and GHO friends before heading out!

after we left the clinic, we went back to the hotel to shower off and grab some lunch.
then we made one final stop at the host church for a goodbye ceremony.
pastor obed hand-painted each and every member of GHO a beautiful picture and had them framed!
dad and i were very excited about our new artwork!
then we said bye to the coast of la union and got on the bus for a four hour ride back to san salvador.
